This vessel was designed by Ed Dubois as a cruiser racer and built by Henri Wauquiez in France. The overall construction quality is superior to all but a few builders. She is a good compromise of speed vs. cruising comfort. She sails upwind very nicely and reaches very fast and will surf a bit downwind if pushed in the right conditions. She also powers well, even into a stiff headwind she will usually move faster than you want to go. Unlike earlier models she was built with an anti-blister outer layer. The hull is solid FRP, the deck is balsa cored. Wauquiez boats are built for severe conditions and construction is top notch with a heavy FRP over foam grid and gel-coated bilges.
The interior is beautiful and functional with 3 cabins and 2 heads. The salon and galley are together in one space, placing the cook in the social activities. This vessel is waterway compatible and ideal for the cruising couple. Additional cabin space easily accommodates children of guests.
Cruise in comfort to the Bahamas, Caribbean Island or the Atlantic Seaboard.
